Emergency Response Training (Course Code: OSS-ERT)

4 Hours - Maximum 20 participants per course

 This course is designed to help prepare participants to respond safely, effectively, efficiently, and orderly to an emergency. You learn about proper communication, emotional vs. logical responses, debriefing, diseases, transfer of care to paramedics, personal protective equipment, and more. You’ll also participate in scenarios that will equip you to manage emergency situations in real time.
