Challenge: 

Siemens’ unique challenge within their wind services division is based on technology that is new to Canada. They needed to find the perfect partner to work on first aid requirements to support technicians working 300 feet in the air.

Solution: 

OMNI met with Siemens and and spoke with their technicians while looking at various case scenarios within the wind energy business. After the research stage, an enhanced and environmentally specific situational course was developed. This solution will aid and support Siemens technicians to improve emergency medical skills and be self-sufficient during emergency situation

Challenge:

ArcelorMittal's challenge was sourcing a training provider that had knowledge of manufacturing environments and finding a solution that could be tailored to suit their needs.

Solution: 

OMNI arranged a site tour with ArcelorMittal to look at their surrounding work environment to gain a better understanding of their safety culture. OMNI analyzed their existing system and health care process and developed a personalized solution for the business. Once completed, an enhanced first aid program was proposed and delivered.  

QI TRANQUILITY: Katherine Gucciardi 

Challenge:

QI Tranquility Salon & Spa was seeking to find a training company that has expertise specific to the Spa industry to train Qi’s staff to be better prepared in case of an emergency.

Solution:

OMNI consulted with Qi Tranquility Spa and agreed to come to their facility to gain a better understanding of the industry. After review, OMNI identified that a hybrid First Aid training program would be a perfect fit - a program instructed by a Health care Professional (RPN) and an Aesthetician (Honours) to mix the knowledge and expertise for a perfect new program for their staff.
