TRAINING ON THE FARM
Horses have been known to be emotional mirrors for us. Horses are herd and prey animals, so they have a strong sense of emotion which helps them as a survival tool; if one horse in the herd becomes frightened, the rest of the herd follows the emotion.
This is similar to when a human approaches a horse; because of this quality, horses can help heal us mentally and physically.
THE FARM
Walden Ridge Equestrian Center is centrally located only minutes from Kitchener-Waterloo, Cambridge and Guelph.
The farm is situated on 136 acres of beautiful farmlanddaway from all the hustle and bustle of the city. We pride ourselves in our clea, well-kept barn and happy horses!
